CANNERY KITCHEN AND BAR

Cannery Kitchen and Bar is our restaurant, cafe and beer garden. 

 

At the heart of our kitchen is a wood fired pizza oven which we have named Dante the Inferno. He has travelled all the way from Naples, Italy to join our family.

Chefs Asher Gilding and Franca Zingler cook simple, creative and considered food inspired by their travels, using produce from small farms in the Huon Valley including sister business Cannery Farm.

Our bar showcases Tasmanian, interstate and international wines, beers, spirits and ciders along with house made non alcoholic refreshments. Our wine list is curated by our lovely winemaker neighbours Paul and Gilli from Sailor Seeks Horse. 

Cinnamon Sundays

Every Sunday from 8am you will be able to enjoy European baked goods made by Franca who draws on her German heritage and love of Scandinavian food to create delicious treats. We serve coffee from our good friend and local coffee roaster Anthony from The Beansmith.
